This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. The patio provides a beautiful daytime view of the Columbia Gorge and mountains as well as a twinkling nighttime view of the city. This slice of heaven is located in The Gorge near restaurants, breweries, hiking, fishing, rafting, and kiteboarding. 5 minutes to everything in town. All one level with easy access to showers. Please note that there is a steep driveway to get to our street.

Whether you are soaking in the secluded hot tub or watching a movie under the stars with the fire pit nearby, every corner of the property is designed to wow. The home sits on a rare 1.4 acre lot with river views, is right outside downtown The Dalles and is a short 20min drive to Hood River. Be as secluded and private as you prefer or enjoy the close proximity to local favorites.

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February.
