The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Great apartment, beautifully decorated and great amenities. The location is spectacular; where else can you sit on your private terrace watching the roller coasters at Universal and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom!

This property is very clean with great decor. It is relatively close to area attractions, but feels set apart with the lovely water views. Of note the pool area is staffed with lifeguards for the waterslides(at least it was during spring break.)They also had a bar/snack bar, so outside food and floaties aren't allowed. Questions were answered in a very timely fashion, and our one unexpected maintaince issue was even handled on a Sunday. We would stay here again!

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

We absolutely loved Rachel’s place! The location was perfect—convenient to Universal and Discovery Cove, and we had dinner at Disney Springs every night with just a short drive back. One of our favorite parts was being right on the lake—it added a peaceful, relaxing touch to a busy amusement park vacation. The condo itself is spacious, and the master bedroom feels like a true oasis. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, this is it. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends!

Great location for access to the Disney parks. Natalie was a great host, super responsive, and the property was well kept with great utilities. We would happily stay there again for a stay in Orlando near the parks.

Great place to stay. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river is awesome and relaxing while watching all the people tubing, kayaking, and boating up and down. The fire pit was great to make a fire at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire home was very clean. The loft area stayed a little warm so my kids did not want to sleep up there. We had clean music playing on the dock, which people on the river seemed to enjoy too, but the neighbor gave us a dirty look and gesture - no issues otherwise. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

Loved this place. In town for family and will return here. She is an amazing host. It is the perfect place to relax.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had the most relaxing and comfortable Easter weekend at the lake! The property had everything we needed—clean, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful amenities that made it feel like home. From morning coffee on the porch to evenings by the water, every moment was peaceful and easy. A perfect getaway with beautiful views, great hospitality, and all the comforts you could ask for. Can’t wait to come back! Don't miss the bonus AC'd bathroom on the porch! We almost did.

Beautiful surroundings. The golf cart experience was a must. The downtown Winter Garden is just perfect. And the dog out to the water with all the alligator sightings was so fun to watch lots and lots of wildlife.

This was our second time staying at The Acorn. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed...toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee and tea supplies...so pleased that we didn't need to run to the store to get any of these items! Dan and Michelle are very quick to respond if we ever need anything. Had some issues with the internet and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. We love relaxing in the back yard and enjoying all of the wild life. The alligators won't bother you if you don't bother them! I absolutely recommend Dan and Michelle's beautifully decorated home to anyone who would like a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to spend their vacation!

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We have stayed at Taylor’s house before and are never disappointed. It’s one of our favorite vacation spots!

Great spot for a visit to central FL. We did one day at Universal and spent the rest of our time enjoying the nearby springs. Evenings were spent enjoying the back patio at the house.

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

My family and I stayed at Traci’s place due to a cheerleading competition in the area. It is decorated very vibrantly and my kids enjoyed sleeping in “our game room” as they called it. We would stay again at this beautiful space. Thanks Traci!

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

My daughter and I decided to do a little getaway and this was the perfect place for us. It was everything advertised. Was very pleased with the cleanliness linens, kitchen, and basically everything. Patrick was very responsive, since the start of reservation to the end The fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot were visible from the front balcony, the beautiful lake and sunrise was beautiful from the back balcony. I’ve already suggested this little place to others.

Fabulous location for Disney attractions. Clean & comfortable. Would recommend!
