My favorite Texas style Barbeque restaurant features the best brisket either moist (with some fat) or lean (fat cut away) and the best pulled chicken I have ever tasted! And who can resist their Crispy Creme Bread Pudding?? Awesome! They even have a bakery, right in thei restaurant!
