Take a dip in a Roman pool. The sulphur rich hot water emerging from the Rio Manilva valley are popular with local families on Sundays and throughout the summer. Bring a picnic
Healing waters for bathing in. This bath was built by the Romans by order of Julius Caesar more than 200 years ago. There is a lovely 200 meter walk from the parking to the bath . In July and Aughust, booking is neccesary through ticketea to secure entrance.
From Roman times and rebuilt in Arab period it has being in use for centuries by locals and visitors
The Roman Baths of Julius Caesar is an unusual experience. Although a lot of tourists find there way here this is not a touristy area. If its a hot day it might be busy but plastering clay mud all over your body and swimming in a cave is an unusual experience which is easy to do in this area. Park in the parking lot though to avoid a parking ticket.
