Beautiful clean sandy beach with amazing views. A great place for all the family. Recommend the tasty hamburgers at the concession stand:)

Sandy Beach great for walking and has a Pavilion and Picnic Shelter adjacent to the beach. Similar to Pt Holmes, Kye Bay Goose spit, and Kin Beach, Air Force Beach has fantastic views of Georgia Strait and the Coastal Mountains. Open April to October, 10 km to the North.

This is a wonderful beach just below the airbase and a local secret. You will require to purchase a parking pass for $5. You can walk for kilometres at low tide and the water is very warm for swimming at high tide.

Great views from here and when the snow birds are in town flying their fighter jets, you can get a great view of them practicing in the airspace above.
