Flatwoods is well-paved trail that is perfect for a longer bike, skate, or run. It is $2 to park, but it's a loop of (I think) 5 miles. There are water stations all along the trail, so don't fret if you have a small (or no) water bottle.

This is a Great place to unwind and go for a walk, run or bike. Love all the wildlife and the peaceful setting. I go here about 4 days a week.
