Take an Ahi Poki stand in Hawaii, and add the ability to add whatever you want to your poke and you have AhiPoki Bowl. You choose from salad or rice as the base (or both), then select your poke protein, and then your selection of toppings from edamame, seawood, crab, avocado, fried onions, ginger. Then your sauce. I get the large with 3 proteins
