Though dubbed a sport's bar due to their all-day Sunday football, Mission Ave Bar and Grill sports a carefully crafted menu and artisan cocktails with the best brunch to be had in Downtown Oceanside.

Great eats and drinks - outside seating avail. Walking distance. Maybe 8 blocks. Tvs for sports. Kitchen open super late. Like 11pm or 11:30pm, I think. Live music once in a while. Not often. $10-20 plates.

This spot is open late for food and drinks. There is a limited menu but very good food. Outside seating is available. There is often live music. Fave order: Fried chicken with jalapeños and honey
