This is an outstanding place to buy a huge range of exotic and local cheeses, outstanding hot smoked salmon ( a must ! ) , hams, gammons, speciality pastas , sauces, preserves etc.

We love the team at the Deli Factory that have supplied our restaurants and hotels for years. They are well know for their sides of Oak smoked salmon which is cured on the premises from local salmon farms. The walk in fridge offers a stunning collection of cheese, local and imported and meats cut to your specifications. These are people passionate about food and always have new and interesting produce on their shelves. Delivery available.

The Deli Factory is the go-to source of quality items for top restaurants in the area but everyone is welcome. The shop has been newly renovated, to better house their extensive range of spices, oils, vinegars, a good variety of Asian rice and noodles, pasta from Italy, plus giant bags of nuts and slabs of chocolate, cured meats, smoked fish and juices plus excellent fresh meats and fish along with smoked salmon, duck breasts and well-chosen local and imported cheeses.
