Bettina's famous ice cream shop. She is a good friend and decided a few years ago to follow her dream and produce home made ice creme. She went to the University of Bologna to dive into the secrets of this Italian delicacy. Please decide for yourself. We enjoy her ice cream when we are in Valldemossa.
