As seen on the Food Network, Doumar's is a landmark serving customers since 1904. Drive in restaurant. Doumar's created the first waffle cone. It's about a 30 minute drive from the Boardwalk Resort.

(12 minutes/ 3.9 miles) So these guys invented the waffle cone. So if you want to go to a historic Norfolk diner, here you go... There's a Chick Fil A around the corner where my daughter works as well.
