This is one of the few if not the only city beach in Amsterdam. Home to many festivals in the summer.

One of the larger city beaches in Amsterdam, located on the North shore of the Sloterplas lake (Amsterdam West). The water can be accessed for a swim. There's clean white sand, and trees provide shade, if necessary.

Its a park with a small beach. From 12 till 5 you can rent seats, rackets etc for free.
