After you bring in your large bounty of fish, Homer Processing is the best option. I don’t know how they get so much done so fast.

If you need to freeze and mail your fish home, these guys can take care of it. You would have to bring them your fillet of fish. You will also need to drive your fish off the spit to their location

Our FAVORITE place for processing our fish catches (filleting, vacuum packing, & freezing). Family business (the Chows) who offers the lowest rates, plus excellent quality & service (smoked fish too).
