Really good coffee and pastries. They open at 7am and are less than a 5-min walk from the suite. I like to make it a fun walk by walking there on Westlake Ave, then taking the stairs up to Dexter Ave with my coffee and return to the suite via a different route

In Pioneer Square, this Italian style coffee shop has soccer on the television and a European style brick paved outdoor cafe with no cars.
