This 16C former relais de mousquetaires - frequented by Louis XIII's guards - is elegant and original. The flavoursome cuisine served here evokes travel. The menu is short and changes every month, presenting the dishes by enigmatic marriages: salmon, pumpkin, fennel, botargo; wild duck and cocoa. Tasty simplicity! (Michelin Guide)
