This beach belongs to the national trust and is mainly used by fishermen. Whilst it's not suitable for swimming the scenery is stunning and its usually quiet.
Lovely walk down to the sea from the car park and an opportunity to experience the views of the coast road in between Abbotsbury and Burton Bradstock.
Occupies a small stretch of the renowned Chesil Beach between Abbotsbury and Burton Bradstock. Dogs all year round. Usually quiet, quite remote. Amazing murmurations at dusk if you’re lucky! Could always pop to The Hive Beach cafe at Burton Bradstock for something to eat and use the toilets!!!!
