My personal fav place to grab a quick coffee seeing as it's right down the alley and a block over. The owner is a personal friend of mine and it's a really great little spot!

Cafe with the overall best hours, best selection. They have a good selection of grocery basics (canned drinks, snacks, prepared meals)
