Sean (and Hana) sometimes are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is an A-1 neighborhood hangout. The fruit smoothies are great, and they have good pastry.

This place is convenient -- 3 block walk -- from our Magnolia home. Good coffee and tasty breakfast sandwiches. If you are a coffee aficionado, you need to go to Lighthouse Roasters in Fremont and Monorail Espresso downtown.
