Lower Fremont: This place is a Pho legend in Seattle, & guaranteed good Pho. One of my favorites and they serve beef, chicken & vegetarian pho, plus signature cream puffs (I love these sooo much!), in basic setting.

Best local Pho restaurant, and each meal comes with a puff pastry. Delicious! You can't go wrong eating here : )
