Wonderful local menu, locally owned and operated...The Green Onion is great for lunch or dinner and wonderful for brunch on the weekends...French press coffee, sangria, shrimp and grits, what more do you need for a great brunch!?

The Green Onion has been a dining favorite in Norfolk's Historic Ghent neighborhood for over a decade. We are a casual fine dining restaurant specializing in locally sourced French-inspired cuisine with a carefully curated wine and cocktail bar. Serving lunch, dinner, coffee, and drinks.

Great outside seating and always consistently great chef-prepared food...this is more of an adult place for cocktails and dinner date kind of place. My recommendation for any "foodies" that like to check out finer cuisine.
