Basque pintxos. Next to the City Hall Square. Very central location. I recommend it for having some "pinchos" standing, and not for having a proper lunch or dinner. You pick out your own pinchos and save the toothpicks and at the end of the meal the waiters count them and charge you for each one. If you're not careful, it can be quite overpriced. But the location, ambiance and the quality of food worth it.
