Peaceful nature spot. Make sure you check out the goats and hike to the top if possible. If not, walk around the lake. Beautiful!(The lake has been drained for repair to pipes under it) The property is great for hiking though. Great view are top!

A great place for a walk in the woods with 5 miles of hiking trails, a dairy goat farm, and daily tours of the Sandburg Home. 2 to 3 hours.

If you want to unwind and stroll around the hundreds of acres of the late author Carl Sandburg , you will definitely enjoy the scenery and the hike .

Nice walking paths and hiking. Live goats on the property that you can pet. Beautiful views!
