The only farm to table dining experience in Old San Juan. They don't take reservations at this chic spot but if you're a foodie it is worth the effort.

Verde Mesa is an awesome little restaurant specializing in native Puerto Rican vegetarian and seafood dishes. It's operated by a young couple - Gaby and Joyda, who focus heavily on organic ingredients produced locally to support the produce growers of the island.

Wow, the flavors of the food here is excellent. Best meal I have had in San Juan. The staff is extremely friendly and the timing between servings is ideal. Great hidden gem!
