In Valencia, and in the Cánovas neighbourhood specialy, there are several places were you can eat a good rice. In Casa Roberto, quality is always extremely high, and you can be sure that you will be eating a good one. As many others, it's not cheap, but if you like rice, you will pay with pleasure.
