The Blondin Restaurant is located at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda. It's a modern, bistro-style venue featuring locally sourced delights. The menu has been developed in partnership with renowned North Wales chef Bryn Williams. Bryn has brought a mix of classic Bryn dishes and bespoke plates, all of which celebrate his love of North Wales.
