Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

This is a beautiful neighborhood with 12-18 mins to places like Brazos Town Center, Hospitals (Memorial Herman Hospital, Sugar Land, Oak Bend Medical Center, Methodist Hospital- Sugar Land). Its just 8 mins away from all grocery stores you can think off.

This is a brand new building constructed in 2021 and has new amenities for guests to enjoy. This beautiful studio apartment centrally located in the Heights of Houston is home to many nice restaurants, parks, and tourist attractions. This apartment is safe, luxurious, and less expensive than most other hotels or air BNB's in the area. My top priorities to my guests are that the room is clean, organized, and that I over exceed the guests expectations of the apartment and the amenities.

Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, a main bedroom with king-size bed and a secondary bedroom featuring two brand new Queen sized memory foam mattresses as of October 2024. Sleeps 6.
