Verwarming met pelletkachel. In de slaapkamer staat 2-pers box-spring (1m60x2m). Badkamer : toilet, inloopdouche, lavabo, föhn. 4e kamer met tafelvoetbalspel. Het is helemaal ontworpen en stijlvol opgericht door de eigenaars volgens de allernieuwste constructienormen. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers en overal is vloerverwarming.

Tussen weides en bossen, langs één van de befaamde Limburgse fietsroutes ligt in alle rust dit compacte comfortabele huisje. Wil je helemaal tot rust komen, geen probleem, je dichtste buren zijn paarden. Vanuit deze oase kan je uren gaan wandelen of fietsen. Het Schulens Meer ligt op een steenworp en de gezellige shoppingstad Hasselt op een boogscheut. Welkom!
