Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. QUAY LOFT has a superking bed topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom and an Amazon Echo device. The generously proportioned wet room contains rainshower and handheld and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Quay Loft is in Mevagissey, nestled between the historic centre of the village and the bustling harbour. From your luxurious private retreat you're in the middle of the action amongst the maze of narrow cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, pubs, and restaurants. You're also just steps away from one of Cornwall's most beautiful working harbours where you can stroll the quay, grab a bite to eat or indulge in a coffee and cake. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Trefranck farmhouse Annex is situated on a working farm. The barn is a beautiful modern self contained place. Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The layout is a open plan sitting room & kitchen, shower room & bedroom which has a kingsize bed (can be split to twin). We are located just off the A395, 8 miles to Launceston & 8 miles to Camelford, 4miles Davidstow. Perfect to explore Cornwall

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

Lime Tree-Gorgeous flat with parking & court yard

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

The coastal villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Polzeath are all a short drive away so you'll have every reason to visit these places of outstanding beauty. The property can sleep 4 people plus one baby, as a cot is also provided. Well trained pets are also welcome.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.

Little Lladnar is a self contained one bedroomed annex to our lovely home in the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey. Comfortable with a light and airy décor, we are just a few minutes walk to the picturesque harbour, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The space includes a kitchenette, one bedroom, a lounge and a shower room with sink and toilet and has it's own entrance and outside seating areas for you to enjoy.
