Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Walking distance to Marinas, restaurants, and brewery. 1 mile to the ski lifts at June Mountain. Pet friendly. Relax and enjoy the deck, lake and skiing.

Ideal setting to be refreshed, rejuvenated and invigorated. Marvel in the shady and luscious canopy of oak trees while being entertained by the abundant wildlife. Frequent visitors include deer, quail, wild turkeys and a variety of birds.

The River Falls House

Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist. Enjoy the openness of the 16 foot ceilings. High Windows flood the main room and bedrooms with light. Sleep to the soothing sound of Nelder creek (just off the deck). The creek which runs year round includes several tributaries, islands and a waterfall.
