We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Stay in a unique apartment in the historic center of Lisbon. You'll be 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants, but staying in a quiet street. I value the connection to the city a local host provides. I greet most of my guests in person. If I can't be present, you'll be greeted by a close friend who is also a Lisbon native. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.
