Veszprém nyugodt, kertvárosi részén várjuk kedves vendégeinket. A belváros 25 perc sétával elérhető. A Veszprém Aréna 10 perces séta. Buszmegálló a lakástól 80 illetve 200 méterre található. Bevásárló központ, gyorséttermek, uszodák szintén 10-15 perc sétával elérhetők. Apartmanunk 2 fő részére nyújt kényelmes elhelyezést, jól felszerelt konyhával, új berendezési tárgyakkal, saját ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. Központi helyen fekszik, közel vannak a boltok, buszmegállók, piac, játszótér, kórház , Pláza bevásárlóközpont. A parkolásért hétköznap reggel 8-18 óráig 320ft/ óra kell fizetni. , hétvégén ingyenes. Közel a belváros , gyalog 15 perc .A lakásban csak a foglalásban lévő személyek tartózkodhatnak. A lakás bulik tartására nem alkalmas , így az nem tartható. A házirend betartása mindeni számára kötelező.
