Boat rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, put-put golf, museums, parasailing, arcade (for that rare rainy day) charter fishing, bike rentals and the Treasure Island Beach Trail are just a few of the nearby activities. The Tampa Bay Rays game is only a 10-15 minute drive. Only steps from the front door, located just across Gulf Boulevard is access to the beach. Popular John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (dining/shopping/entertainment) is just over a quarter-mile away. Treasure Island is known as the sand sculpture capital of Florida, and hosts the annual Kite Festival & Sport Kite competition (one of the largest in the US). This updated and comfortably furnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and easily sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds and 1 queen pull-out. Amenities include parking (which is a premium on Treasure Island), Wi-Fi, DVD player, kitchen stocked with pots/pans and dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer & dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and beach, and use of beach chairs/beach toys.
