It’s peaceful rural setting offers you the opportunity to access footpaths and a cycle network from your door, which will connect you to the Eden project in one direction or St Austell and the Pentewan valley in the other. It is ideally located with Charlestown Harbour only 2 miles away and the whole of St Austell bay to choose from, ie, Fowey, Gorran haven & Mevagissey to name but a few; it makes the beaches and coastal paths a must.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!
