Please note: In winter you get to it via a five to ten minute foot walk, sometimes through knee-deep snow! Once there, you can get on the ski right in from of the apartment and ski down to the slope. It is ideally located offering lots of activity opportunities for every taste: relaxing and contemplating the beautiful mountain views in our sunny terrace, discovering the surrounding woods, mountains and lakes either by hiking or mountain biking, skiing in the very near ski area of Flims/Laax or cross-country skiing in Trin/Flims-Bargis-Sagogn, among many others.
