The place was nice. Very nice. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked with appliances, spices, equipment, and everything. The best rental home we’ve stayed at in that regard. We watched a movie in the theater room. The layout of the bedrooms was a bit of a maze, but that was the only “complaint“ I can even think of and after settling in it was never a concern for us.

Great communication from the start. This place is adorable and spacious and provides private parking. We were able to make meals during our stay, which was very helpful and the beds were comfortable. Also close to the freeway, so our drive to Reno wasn't that bad, plus it was a beautiful deive.

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

A beatiful house with gorgeous views. The location could nit be better. Will be bakc in the summer!

The two houses were perfect for a large family getaway. The kitchens were the most stocked I've ever seen in an airbnb with great supplies and cooking equipment. The hot tub is brand new and amazing and all of the beds were comfortable and clean.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

L’appartement est magnifique, l’endroit est très spacieux et très joliment décoré une petite remarque. Cependant l’isolation sonore est parfois assez faible. Nous entendons les discussions et les pas des voisins. Hormis cela le séjour était magnifique. Je recommande fortement

We had a great stay. We had Thanksgiving at the house, and it easily accommodated those of us staying at the house, and a few extra. We were able to walk to cornish Christmas. (Downtown) This is a great centralized place to rent.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

This villa is in the heart of the foothills surrounded by nature. Its deck is perfect to take in the views, the home is beautiful and plenty of space for several guest. Host description of beds/rooms is accurate. We loved the little theater in back, asked for karaoke but didn’t have a chance to use but LOVED this option. Host is very responsive, willing to work out any issue or concern. If you’re looking for a large family or friend gathering in a quiet peaceful nature setting this is the place!! Warning you lose cell service before arriving at home, WiFi was great very fast just be aware to load address ahead of time and use internet for calls.

We loved our stay here! The house is super comfortable--even nice than the photos. The real standout is the pool. It's beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We really enjoyed our weekend here--the house is well-stocked and welcoming, the grill works great, and the pool is lovely. Even though it was hot while we were there, the bedroom ACs & fans cooled the house down at night. The location is great--close to tons of nearby short hikes and river access points. Some friends even drove to the Yuba for the day (about 45 mins), but you can get to some stunning parts of the American River in about 15 minutes. Nearby markets as well! Anna Maria is a wonderful host as well. She communicated lots of useful information with me leading up to our stay and was available throughout, even fixing a hot-water issue immediately while we were there. Such a lovely and kind host :). Her home is adjacent to the property but it still felt like we had a private stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay here! The listing was as the description and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, you will have to bring your own condiments.

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

Overall loved the experience and would definitely come back again! Everything was just as described and even exceeded my expectations! Check in was a little confusing since we did a late check in but it was easy to figure out! The property is so large that the activities are pretty scattered but their shuttle service makes it so fun! You dont even need to leave the property really haha. Any questions I had with my host, they answered in minutes so I also really appreciated that! Check out process was really smooth but a tad confusing as well since the hosts instructions and the inn’s instructions were slightly different but still didnt experience an issue necessarily. The place we stayed at was super clean and felt like home. Overall a great experience! Thank you Michael!

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

This place is magic. Randy and the team were super friendly and welcoming. He gave us a tour of the property where we got to see the Alpacas, horses and Highland cows. We did wine tasting, horseback riding and hiking without needing to leave the premises. Their pizza is on point too! We will definitely be back to hit up some other local spots. Highly recommend this place!
