Super cute and clean! Mark was responsive and friendly. Space was clean, comfortable, and near downtown Davis. Reserved for a Mother’s Day getaway with my sisters. We had a fantastic time!!! Thank you!

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the place a lot. The coffee shop downstairs is excellent. And the owner was very responsive and helped us recover something we left behind.

Loved this stay at Alison’s place! Very eclectic and artsy plus the home was very cozy as well. I believe I even saw Alison briefly downstairs at the creature gallery, which is also a must visit. I have been coming to Thomas and Davis for most of my life, but I’ve never actually stayed in a historical building complex located there. Definitely did not disappoint and highly recommend to anyone traveling to the general area!

Doc's Guest House is an awesome studio right near Blackwater Falls State Park & Monongahela. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay & foremost, Nancy as an amazing host! Doc's goes right to the top of our list of places to revisit!

Exactly what we needed, just in town for a quick overnight and needed a place to crash with coffee, water, and a shower. Perfect for our needs.

This was our third stay at this airbnb and won't be our last! Have stayed upstairs twice now, downstairs once. Our preference is the upstairs because it has two bedrooms. Love the path that is just outside the door - and the spring bridge just over the way. Be warned -- there are a lot of steps to the upper floor - so those with mobiility issues will want to choose the downstairs option.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

Wow, Allison delivers on a great place to be in the middle of the West Virgina lifestyle! Everything is at your finger tips, outdoor adventures, great food and music! The accommodations delivered as promised. Planning our next trip here again.

New build. Very clean. Easy check in. Nice patio area with river view. Within walking distance to restaurants. Recommend Milo's Cafe for breakfast.

Comfortable and charming studio, perfect for a night or weekend in this town or the surrounding area! We fit in Blackwater Falls, Lindy Point Overlook, and Seneca Rocks into about a 24 hour total trip. And this place was the perfect resting spot for the night.

Was close to the resorts and could walk to Mama Mia's.

We had a great stay, our 1st time in Davis but it won't be our last and would definitely book this property again! The location was a perfect home base for the sites and activities we had lined up. It was nice to have dining options right there and we especially loved the convenience of hopping on the bike and being on trails within minutes. The fire pit area was nice, always love to see and hear the water. We appreciated Allison's responsiveness to our requests during the stay. Davis, WV is a true gem!

My family came to town for the Moonlight on the Falls half marathon in Blackwater Falls State Park. Mary’s place was the perfect homebase for us. Located right on Main Street we were able to walk to dinner as well as shows at the Purple Fiddle. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings and relaxing on the large back porch in the evenings. The home has a large kitchen and living room. Mary went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely book again.

Although we only got to enjoy one evening at Kam’s peaceful cottage, it was well worth the drive. It was so peaceful with the window’s open listening to the birds while we cooked in the kitchen. We hope to come back to enjoy some hiking in the area.

This was the perfect little getaway for me! I just wanted a cozy place to relax, read and enjoy a hot tub and that’s exactly what I got. Bonnie was so sweet and accommodating. Very responsive and helpful! I will definitely be back

An absolutely beautiful location! I was able to watch the leaves change in fall while soaking in the deck hot tub. The studio apartment was perfect as my home away from home while on a travel nursing assignment. I had everything I needed. I was able to bring my roku and watch my TV shows while relaxing in the recliner chair. The shower is very roomy. I love that a washer and dryer was included. The only thing I wish it had was a toaster oven…but that is a luxury not a need. The stove, toaster, and microwave were perfect for my month stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to “get away” or working in nearby by Oakland, MD. The host is wonderful and very responsive.
