Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

Cannot say enough about his hospitality and making us feel like we are at home. Would totally visit again, for the experience and the people.

The stay is amazing just like how it’s shown in the picture and described. The house is pristine clean, has all amenities, located just near the main road and has a very positive vibe. Though I travelled with my pets and the entire house was accessible by us, however the house can easily be a good fit for a big family vacation. Coming to the host, Sukhesh is one of the best host I have ever met through AirBnB. Very responsive, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable person. Very interesting and positive person to have a conversation with. The best part is very helping nature and easy going. This is a must place to visit and worth the stay.

We travelled here as a family of 4 early May-2025. This place is at a serene and peaceful location. Photos match the description of the place. Staff are helpful and food is very delicious. Please try the Kerala meals for lunch, you will love it! Host is very caring, responsive and friendly. We never felt like we didn’t know Prasad, the owner. We will definitely come back here. Tips for travellers: 1. The location on gmaps is not accurate. The staff and owner will guide you with proper directions. Please follow their directions. 2. Prasad had mentioned to us to avoid the Nagahole route. This route has bad roads. Please avoid this route.

Property was absolutely clean and we didn't feel to call and check on anything since everything was in place.Many many thanks to Dev who was in touch with us from the beginning to end and guiding us to visit the places and restaurants which are more popular and worth. We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

My family of four had a great time at Anjali's place. She had stocked a lot of groceries for us to use. all amenities are in good working condition. The house and the garden are lovely!!! The house is close to the beach too! We did meet a few lizards and spiders in the house, but the host had kept a herbal repellant that helped greatly. Overall loved our stay and would recommend the place to my friends.

Our stay at Rijesh’s homestay was an amazing experience! Rijesh, the house owner, is incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel more like family guests rather than just visitors. His wife was also very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, both in terms of architecture and interiors. It’s their own home, and they treat guests with genuine warmth. Though getting there can be a bit tricky, Rijesh provides clear directions to help navigate the way. The facilities are excellent, with everything you could ask for—WiFi, AC, TV, and a proper dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils, a chimney, a fridge, and even a microwave, making it perfect for those who love to cook. The rooms are spacious and come with attached bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. One of the best parts of the stay was the balcony, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with friends and Family❣
