Great host! The place was beautiful and felt like home.

Excellent appartement dans un quartier super sympa (c'est un quartier populaire et sûr, les commerçants y sont plus sympa qu'a Tunis centre). on n'est pas tres loin de Carthage et de la mer. wifi qui fonctionne sans faille. Pour les parisiens, l'appartement est plus confortable que tout ceux que j'ai eu a Paris. Y a de l'espace, de la lumiere... on a juste envie d'y rester (et pour un mec casanier comme moi c'etait ideal). y a une boulangerie a deux pas. ils font de la baguette correcte, mais je recommande la baguette a la semoule, ca ressemble un peu aux baguettes dite italiennes qu'on retrouve parfois a Paris. y a un stade de foot en bas. il y a ete organisé un gala, c'etait sympa a voir :)

Great location and just as described. Beautifully furnished. I recommend meeting the host of possible. I did not, and it was a little difficult to find, but not impossible. Check ininstructions were clear. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor, which provided for nice views. Having the rooftop terrace one flight up was very nice. Mohammed was very responsive. The only downside is something banged loudly when it got windy. But I would stay there again without hesitation.

My 2nd time here, the place is located in a calm neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Nour & Nabil are very friendly and responsible host

IT. DOES. NOT. GET. BETTER. This place is VERY underrated. The ocean view is unbelievable. This is a 5 star hotel atmosphere. The olace was prestine, Very clean. I seriously felt like home. I felt as relaxed as I was on my own couch throusand miles away. Very warm place. Spacious and very cozy rooms. Do not hesitate at all. Omar is another story. helpful and answers before you even text. Ready to help in anything you ask. Ah, what a nice stay and memories. Thank u Omar.

Amir est sympathique et très réactif. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il permet d'accueillir au maximum deux personnes ; idéalement une. Parfaitement situé à La Marsa : à 200 m de la mer et du centre commercial Zéphyr où l'on trouve tout.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hichem avec notre petite fille de 2 ans. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et décoré avec goût, encore mieux qu’en photo ! J’ai également apprécié le fait que le lit parapluie comportait un matelas pour le confort de bébé. Emplacement idéal, situé à l’entrée de la Marsa, a proximité des commerces, restaurants, et de la plage. Le stationnement dans la rue a été sans difficultés, surtout en fin de journée. Hichem est un hôte sympathique et disponible. Le seul point négatif fut l’ascenseur hors service, les 3 étages sont rudes avec un bébé, ou des charges lourdes, mais nous avions été avertis. Je recommande ce logement et y reviendrai volontiers Merci encore !

I have stayed here many times and have always been happy with my stay. The apartment is close to the ocean, as well as the market and several restaurants. Host is very responsive, the unit was very clean. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

Dodi was a perfect host and went out of his way for us whenever we asked him to. He is a delightful person and we felt completely comfortable and happy in his property. The place itself is unique on multiple floors with a great deck for cooling down in the afternoon. The street is very quiet yet close to everything. The TV in the living room was great and the air con worked perfectly for us. We were very lucky to meet him on our checkout day as he helped to facilitate us leaving our bags for the day. Truly great property with a perfect host.

큰 침대가 있는 방 두개에 개인 화장실이 있고 주방 및 세탁기는 공용공간에 있습니다. 방 안에 냉장고랑 전자레인지는 있어요! 근처 바닷가 따라서 식당이나 카페가 많고 시디 부 사이드까지는 걸어서 40분정도 걸리는데 오르막이 있어 값싼 택시 이용을 추천드립니다. 날씨가 조금만 더 따뜻했더라면 바다에서 수영하기 정말 좋아보였어요! 주인 아주머니도 너무 친절하고 정원이 정말 이쁘며 옥상 뷰가 정말 아름다워요. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천드립니더

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. Viele Grüße an Youssef und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal

We had a wonderful stay at Ayed and Ramla’s place in La Marsa. The house was spectacular — beautifully decorated, full of charm, and equipped with every comfort you could need. Ayed and Ramla were incredibly attentive and always available for anything we needed, with amazing recommendations that made our trip extra special. Even when our flight was delayed, they welcomed us without any problem. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

Un excellent Airbnb à la Marsa. Appartement confortable avec toutes les accommodations. Hamdi est un hôte à l’écoute et très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Pobyt w apartamencie to była prawdziwa przyjemnosc. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, wygodne sofy pozwalały sie zrelaksowac wieczorem, przy filmie, jak we wlasnym domu. Własciciele sa niezwykle pomocni i uczynni. Miejsce jest bardzo prywatne, w cichej okolicy. Polecam w 101% Dziękuje Wam za wszystko :)

je recommande à 100%. apparemment très confortable, calme, litterie impeccable. très propre, limite en se sent chez soi. l'appartement centre de la marsa, tout est accessible a pied. une place de parking sous-sol. Farouk était très serviable et réactif à nos messages. merci beaucoup pour ce sens de service et d'accueil. Je reprendrai cet appartement à mon retour c'est sur. n'hésitez pas à chercher plus

Excellent stay at Bilel's, great location in La Marsa, and excellent communication with recommendations and flexible check-in and check-out (he kept my carry-on before my flight). The shower has a draining issue but it's fine if you use the mop. I recommend this place.
