This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very nice place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Villa was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and great living room with perfectly working WiFi and open kitchen. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Amazing rooftop terrace and very clean pool were additional highlights. Very calm place in closed area with other villas - perfectly to have a relaxed time. But everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants, bars or beaches. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with owners Marina & Constantinos. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by phone or messaging. Even special requests were solved just nice, quick and easy. Would definitly come back. Thanks a lot Marina & Constantinos for everything. :)

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Great villa, perfect for large groups. Only downside was that the hot water took 2hrs to heat up so be prepared. Car needed. Albeit a great stay. Thanks for hosting us!

A stunning Villa in a quiet location, was very welcoming with all its little touches. Very clean and tidy. A bottle of wine and beautiful food hamper as we arrived. Pernera Beach within walking distance, stunning little bay with water sports. Would recommend Doma and Blue Spice restaurants are amazing - food delicious and good value for money. We hired a car which was useful to see around the lovely area of Protaras, lots of stunning beaches and coves. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

The villa is great for 10x people. It’s located 10 mins walk from shops, and 15 mins walk from Nissi Beach. Also, worth noting has a really good sized pool. The check-in details were easy to follow, and Maureen helped sort Late check out due to an afternoon return flight. The villa was slightly dirty when we arrived, although it was communicated this was due to the previous group who had stayed. However, this did not take away from the villa which was perfect for what we needed. Overall, I would 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic relaxed stay at Villa Amani! Great property, well maintained, and we loved how private and peaceful it was. Paul and Celia (the property managers) communicated very well and responded immediately to any issues (the water went out once and they sorted it out quite immediately). Overall a very comfortable stay, great pool (though it was still a bit cold in April). Comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms, plenty of parking. And the views are the best!

The villa was very nice and just as described. Very clean with a nice pool and lots of space for activities in the back yard. George, the host, was very friendly and helpful and always responded within a reasonable amount of time if needed. My friends and I enjoyed our stay tremendously and would come back any time.

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

Everything was as described. Kyriakos was friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful and the location perfect. We had a disabled person in our party and the lift made it possible for them to access everything. All in all a perfect stay and we would book again.

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. We loved staying at this villa. It was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Close to everything, including the beach and restaurants. But far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again and stay in the same place again!

Super Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder. Wir waren total glücklich damit. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Sogar Wasserspielzeug für den Pool und Trinkwasserspender im Haus waren vorhanden.

Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

Замечательное место для отдыха семьей. Вилла включает в себя три спальни на втором этаже, два санузла (один на первом этаже, один на втором), кухню и просторную гостиную с большим обеденным столом. Очень понравилось собираться всей компанией за этим столом на обед, ужин и завтрак. Гостиная очень просторная светлая, в ней приятно находиться. В спальнях мебели не много, но есть все необходимое. Из посуды есть все, что нужно. Очень радовал бассейн чистый и теплый. К ближайшему пляжу 5 минут ходьбы. Но мы арендовали автомобиль и посещали разные пляжи Протараса.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Superbe villa atypique ! Intimiste et très bien équipée ! Cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation dans toute la villa La piscine est géniale avec douche extérieure et terrasse ombragée . Le logement est bien situé, l’entrée dans le logement est simple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et particulièrement l’excellente communication avec l’hôte, vraiment réactif et arrangeant.
