We are situated minutes from the centre of town which includes local amenities such as fish and chips , restaurants, ice cream shops, bakery, butcher , fish monger & supermarket. We are 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach with coastal walks, local golf course and the working harbour where you can have the choice of diving, fishing & boat trips.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.
