Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. Come back and relax on the manicured lawns by the massive pool or take a sixty second walk to the pristine Marcoola Beach.

Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
