Evimizde 4 oda 1 salon olup konaklama esnasında sadece misafirimize tahsis edilecektir. Evimize ait bahçede küçükbaş hayvanlarla huzurlu vakit geçirip, bahçemizdeki taze sebze ve meyvelerden yararlanabilirsiniz. Bölgedeki tarihi yerlere eşit mesafede bulunmakta olup sizlere Balon Turu, Atv turu, At safarisi ve Jeep safari, Türk gecesi gibi olanaklar sağlamaktadır.

Güvercinlik Vadisi’ne bakan manzarasıyla evimiz, Uçhisar Kalesi’nin hemen yanında yer alıyor. Gün doğumunda terasımızdan balonların süzülüşünü izleyebilirsiniz. Evimizde 2 ayrı yatak odası, şömine keyfi yapabileceğiniz bir yaşam alanı ve barbekülü & vadi manzaralı teras bulunuyor. Geniş aileler için ideal olan evimizde rahat edecek, şömine başında huzurlu anların tadını çıkaracaksınız. Simple House, Kapadokya’da hem konforu hem de bölgenin büyüsünü bir arada arayanlar için mükemmel bir seçenek.

Ferah, çok temiz ve huzur dolu bir tatil sizi bekliyor. Fotoğrafta gördüğünüz banyo oturma odası yatak odası sadece size özeldir. Bahçedeki oturma alanları ortak kullanım alanıdır. Merkezi konumdadır, bir üst sokakta marketler vardır. Otobüs durakları yürüyerek 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Göreme kasabasına otobüs ile 10 dakika, araç ile 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Su ısıtıcısı, çay kahve çeşitleri hediye. Mutfak yoktur. Buzdolabı, minibar yoktur. Kahvaltı yoktur. Kesinlikle sigara içilmez.
