Charming 1940s farmhouse. Updated 1 1/2 story house in a rural setting overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River, but close to the heart of Cape Girardeau. Our house has lots of room to relax with a large kitchen and sunroom. You can sit by a cozy fire pit and enjoy chilly evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to you spending time in our neck of the woods (so to speak). We are located with in seven miles from the Isle casino, SEMO state university and a happening down town.

Bald Knob Cabin

Located in heart of Shawnee National Forest, Bald Knob Wilderness and River To River Trail , is a former orchard turned cozy hiker/biker haven. Just 2 miles down the road from Bald Knob Cross of Peace. This studio style cabin was recently renovated and has a fully functioning kitchen. Bald Knob Cabin is the ideal location to unplug and put your feet up after a long day hiking trails or traveling the Shawnee Wine Trail that flows through the cozy, inviting town of Alto Pass. No WIFI or TV!

Farmhouse Cellars @Feather Hills Vineyard & Winery

Located on the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, Farmhouse Cellars is located within our working winery at Feather Hills Vineyard & Winery. You have the opportunity to look in on the wine making process while enjoying a quiet, comfortable place to rest your head. This is a large space with open kitchen, living and sleeping areas. The front porch offers a beautiful sunset while looking over the vineyards and you are but a short walk from our tasting room where you can enjoy a tasting.

Private, home away from home with lots of extras

Come enjoy your stay at our comfortable 4 bedroom lodge. The lodge has 3 large private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The lodge has a maximum occupancy of 8 people with 2 full bathrooms. The lodge is perfect for a family vacation, reunions and couples. 2 TVs with satellite, and a DVD on 1 TV (bring your favorite movies). A hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, fishing pond (bring your own fishing equipment) and an open lounging deck is available.

Earnhart Carriage House

Standalone, 2 BR, light, airy, upstairs apartment for 4 guests. Full kitchen, coffee bar, washer/dryer. In our small village, there is a grocery store, bank, post office, Dollar Store, library, gas station, and a park are within walking distance. I-57 is one mile. We live near a railroad crossing. If you are a very light sleeper, they may wake you. Each bedroom has a desk and sitting area and the bedside table lamp bases have outlets to charge your phone or tablet.
