I was David's first ever guest (as it's a new listing with no reviews), so I took a risk and glad I did. I stayed for over a month, doing a professional teaching course and the apartment was perfectly located, a 10 minute walk to the office but also in a quiet area (near a park), so great for studying, which is what I needed.

David (with his local partner Christina) were very responsive and helped get me settled in by providing me with a few extra items which I asked for upon arrival. The building has some great perks, including gym, pool, laundry, cheap filtered water and tuk-tuk service down to the main road (nice on especially hot days). Ground floor has some vending machines & fridges with basic provisions at reasonable prices. Grab food delivery was safe and easy.

David's pricing was very competitive for the area and he was nice enough to be flexible with my departure date as I wasn't sure when exactly I'd be leaving.

Staying at David’s Airbnb was a fantastic experience. He was warm and welcoming, and even with my late arrival, everything was set up perfectly and ready to go. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. I especially appreciated how fresh and pleasant the house always smelled—it’s a small detail, but it made a big difference. After long workdays, it was the ideal place to come back to and unwind. I can't stress enough how great my stay with David and Matthew! They were extremely welcoming and by the end of the stay it felt like I was staying with family. This house has a soul, mysterious, beautiful and stunning. But I want to especially note the location - the smell of the ocean in the morning when you go for a walk! The area is incredibly beautiful and quiet, a real California like from the 90s movies. one of the best airbnb, i envy those who will get to know this place
