Excellent location and beautiful patio! They also left pasta, pasta sauce and other ingredients to make dinner which was a lovely surprise.

The boiler was making a ton of noise one night which kept us up, however they had it fixed the next day. They also weren’t kidding about the climb up to the suite, so we were very happy to have backpacks and not suitcases. Worth the climb for the view though!

The apartment is spotless, spacious, bright, and super cozy — exactly like in the photos, and in fact even better. It has everything you might possibly need (and then some): from appliances and kitchenware to coffee that saves your mornings.

The location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo, with all the sights, shops, and restaurants right at your doorstep.

The mattress deserves a special mention — so comfortable that after wandering Florence all day, I slept like a baby. The host was always available and quick to respond, which made everything even easier.

And the sweetest bonus — a welcome treat with Italian delicacies, so even if you arrive late at night, you definitely won’t go to bed hungry.

Overall: huge thanks for such a warm and cozy place. I’m honestly in love with it!
(Just one “feature” to keep in mind: it’s on the 4th floor. But hey — that’s your free daily gym session right there 😉).

Book this place if you want to feel smack dab in the middle of historic florence! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. And the views from the apartment and rooftop were simply breathtaking, my favorite.

All the historic sites that Florence is known for is within a walking distance from her place; some just right around the corner! There are numerous restaurants and pharmacies nearby as well.

We did not get to meet Daniela as we were later than expected, but her associate was more than kind to show us around and let us know what we needed to get around the city. They were so hospitable.

We whole-heartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. You will love it. We did, and we hope to be back someday. Grazie mille, Daniela!

Daniela was very friendly and approachable in her communications and had arranged somebody to allow access to property. We were an hour late on the day as had missed our train in Pisa but it wasn't an issue. Daniela had left us some nice biscuits and a note on the bed for our mini honeymoon and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Lovely touch! The location of the flat is fantastic. Right in the heart of Florence but on the top floor it was quiet. Terrace had great views of the chapel and a welcome escape. Air-conditioning worked great. Flat actually much larger than photos show. Extremely clean on arrival. Local advice on eateries were given at start of trip. Some nice candles to make the place cozy and use on the terrace, as otherwise the decor is a little sterile.

The only slight downpoints for us is that the boiler was very noisy in the main hallway and could disrupt sleep in early hours. The main bed is also very hard- fine for me but my wife used second bedroom.
