Great value; all appliances worked well, including washer dryer, TV, Netflix, internet modem, heater, and oven. Very convenient location within walking distance of rail stations, shops, and beach. The living room windows provide glorious sun in the afternoon. Joe is a terrific landlord and had excellent communication. I would stay here again.

Very lovely stay, Joe was very responsive and was able to accommodate flexible check-in when plans changed. Great location with parking space, amenities provided which made for a stress-free stay. Location is very close to the station and beach, and is on the ground floor for anyone who has mobility issues.

Joe's apartment is very well placed to enjoy a holiday in Westcliff/Southend, with shops, supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and restaurants all within a short walk.
The residential street was quiet at night times during our week day rental and, although there are other apartments within the building, the noise from the other occupants was minimal.

The lounge and dining area is light and spacious.
The kitchen area is very well equipped for catering and all the appliances worked efficiently.
The shower also works well.
The bathroom is undeniably small but this didn't present a problem. The noise from the fan stops quickly, once the light is turned off.

The bed is comfortable, with a supportive mattress.

The checking in and out process went smoothly.
Joe was both helpful and a prompt communicator..

We've stayed here a few times now, always lovely and clean and welcoming. The off street parking is great as the parking spaces on street are limited . Nice walk to the beach and there are lots of good restaurants within a five minute walk.
