You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, the primary renter must be 21 yrs. old or older. this is not a party house or Gathering place for none signed in renters and their friends.
