This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. Zoek op 'Lovely house on the water'. Als u van vissen houdt, kunt u proberen een vis te vangen uit de tuin. Kinderen kunnen spelen in de zandbak, op de miniglijbaan of de duikelstang. De tuin kan worden afgesloten door een hek en bij het water is een afzetting, zodat de kinderen veilig kunnen spelen.

Jans verbouwde koeienstal beschikt over 3 ruime tweepersoons kamers. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van een prachtige eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. De kamers zijn via een gang toegankelijk naar een gezellige, gezamenlijke woonkamer en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Koffie en thee is onbeperkt beschikbaar. Bij aangename temperaturen kan men gebruik maken van een gezellig ingerichte schuur, wat dient als extra zitruimte.
