Regan's place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options nearby. Nice fenced in backyard for our little dogs, however, the front gate/fence area leading from the driveway was easy for our little ones to slip through. If you have small dogs like we do, you probably won't be able to just let them run free in the backyard as there is the possibility of them slipping through the fence slots. Other than that, we loved Regan's place and would definitely stay again.

Kim’s place was very spacious and accommodating for us during our stay. Would definitely recommend her place for future stays.

robert was the best communicator. he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay we were there with our one year old dog and the fenced n back yard worked perfectly.

Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Barbara was very communicative and accommodating. We needed her home for one night while moving to a new home and she allowed us to bring our toddler along with ALL of our fur babies. Her home was just as described and worked great for us. Highly recommend!

This home is nestled in a pecan orchard. It's very quiet but close to Albany. We witnessed complaints of "low water pressure " in the reviews. The issues were clogged aerators and flow restrictors. We corrected these things during our stay.

Charming home, that is beautifully decorated with artistic pieces throughout. Cozy and comfortable, my family enjoyed a lovely weekend. The home had all of the amenities and space we needed. The location was great and convenient to restaurants, groceries stores, etc. We came to town to visit Wild Adventures and it was only about a 20min drive. Host and co-host are fantastic and easy to communicate with.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Des’s place! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described! Communication was quick and friendly, and it’s clear she cares a lot about her guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, enjoyable stay.

The only negative about our stay is that it wasn't long enough. We were only there for one night to attend a ceremony and final baseball game of my brother in law who attends Valdosta University. But even still, it's been one of my best AirBnb stays so far. Karen is truly an incredible host! She is always super quick to respond to any questions or issues, and very accommodating. My kids were furious we had to leave (especially so quickly). She even offered a late checkout, which is a first for me. It usually has to be begged for! The house was spotless when we arrived, looked even nicer than in the pictures. The kids were loving the pool and the smash burgers I made on the brand new Blackstone grill. In our rush to leave, we forgot the kids' bathing suits in the dryer and Karen so graciously offered to mail them back to us, making me look like a hero to my wife. Thanks so much again Karen! We would definitely return if in the area again.

What a beautiful home! The house was so inviting and had plenty of room for our family of 8. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced! We forgot few things but they had some available (body wash, extra towels etc). The kitchen was stocked with pots pans silverware, everything you would need! overall my family had a great trip! Thank you!!!

Our host was wonderful, a ton of room! For our family and our guests that came to visit, the pool was spotless, clean and alot of fun! My kids had a lot of fun at this house, it felt like home! Plenty of bathrooms and room to play Plenty of towels and such. 10/10 any time I messaged the host she was wonderful and responsive. Recommend this AirBnB to anyone in the area! Hope to stay here next year when we come again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The bungalow was super nice, very clean, and felt incredibly private. I’ve always been hesitant to rent a guest house because of privacy concerns, but this experience totally changed my mind. Everything was perfect, and Sam was so friendly and welcoming. The area is gorgeous, the pool is a great bonus, and there are tons of restaurants and shops within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

This was such a charming and enchanting place. My nephew Who is 5 talked about staying here until he went to sleep last night. They have made the upstairs for kids and have a boy’s room and girl’s room. They have a nice pool and fire pit where we enjoyed beautiful days by the pool and nice nights by the fire. It is only a short drive to downtown Thomasville. My family and I enjoyed every minute while staying here. Thank you so much!! Karen Hill

Second time staying here, and it was just how I remebered and more. This place is truly a hidden gem and a home away from home. Great private location, stunning on the inside, and huge backyard. 10/10 - This is the place to stay while traveling in Lake City!!!

Airbnb can be a train wreck so our family feels blessed to have found Cynthia’s place. We couldn't possibly say enough nice things about this 5-star home! The house is new construction and literally belongs in a Martha Stewart Magazine. Comfy beds, plush sofa, amazing kitchen, endless hot water (I’m 6’4” and could even fit under the shower head), cold A/C, huge fridge, coffee, Netflix, fireplace and fire pit, screened in patio, parking for our trailer, exercise equipment, BBQ, gated security, board games and fast Wi-Fi for the kids. On top of it all, Cynthia was super responsive with any questions. She is the exact reason we prefer Airbnb over hotels. Thank you for creating a home away from home for those of us on the road!

The Airbnb was very clean and easy to access. Our host, Frederick provided us with very detailed and simple instructions. He was very helpful and his response time was excellent. It’s the perfect place for a couples getaway.

We where in town for a funeral and had booked a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel it was terrible so we decided to book with Nicole. Best decision we could have made! everything was clean and we felt right at home! Will definitely be booking again next time we are in town!

Fantastic booking, will be staying again in the future. The hosts were friendly, clean, kind, and extremely helpful for anything and everything. Lastly, there was a booking error on MY end and they were very prompt, helpful, and accommodating within minutes.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday/long weekend with our daughter at FSU. It was a very convenient location to visit our daughter's apartment as well as grocery and other stores. The home had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was being able to bring our dog and for our daughter to be able to visit her furry friend. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around and play. We also enjoyed smores while sitting around the fire pit. It was a very comfortable place for our entire family to stay and we would definitely stay again.
