It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.
